This week on The Session, we welcome The Booth Brewing Company to the show to talk about taking craft beer all the way from Seoul, South Korea to Eureka, California. The Booth started their brewing adventure in Seoul and recently opened a brewery in California to bring their special flavor to the largest craft beer market in the world. We are joined by Dave Franklin and Youngwon Lee, who tells us the story of The Booth and share a few of their favorite brews with us. We are stoked on their takes on the West Coast IPA style, as well as their use of some Asian ingredients in their beers. These guys are brewing great beer and it shines through in this episode.
